Abstract: ‘Shenqiu 2’is a new variety bred by multi-spore inbreding with‘Qiugaigu 5’as its parent. The suitable growth temperature of mycelium is 20–25 ℃，and the suitable growth temperature of fruiting body is 12–20 ℃. The fruiting bodies are mostly clustered，the shape of the cap is spherical，the color of the cap is light brown to burgundy，and the edge of the cap is villous scales when it is tender. The temperature is suitable，and 3–4 tide mushrooms can be harvested generally. Rice straw is used to cultivate in the field，and the yield of fresh mushrooms is 22 500–27 000 kg · hm^-2. It is suitable for cultivation in the open field or greenhouse in Shanghai.
