GA3 和 Ca2+ 对安祖花佛焰苞花青苷含量及花梗 PAL 活性的影响

Efects of GA3,Ca2+ on Anthocyanin and Phenylalanine Amonia Lyase in Stem of Anthurium andraeanum

摘要: 以安祖花(Anthurium andraeanum Lind.)为试材,探讨了环境条件对佛焰苞花青苷含量的影响及弱光下Ca2+ 、GA3,处理改善花朵品质的效应。研究结果表明,光照不足是导致花青苷含量下降的主要原因,5.4 mmol·L-1 的CaCl2、1.16 mmol·L-1 的GA3,单独及复合处理均能有效地提高弱光下安祖花佛焰苞花青苷含量与花梗苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性。通过钙调蛋白、RNA及蛋白质等的不同抑制剂处理,发现抑制剂均可抑制安祖花离体花梗CaM含量与PAL活性,讨论了Ca2+ 、GA3的可能作用机理。

Abstract: Efects of the environmental factors on the anthocyanin content in spathes and of improving flower quality with Ca2+ ,GA3 treatments under weak light were investigated in Anthurium andraeanum.The resuits indicated that weak light was the main reason resulting in the lower anthocyanin content.Ca2+ (5.4 mmol· L-1),GA3(1.16 mmol·L-1)or Ca2+ +GA3,respectively,significantly increased the anthocyanin content in spathes and the phenylalanine amonia lyase(PAL)activity in stem of Anthurium under weak light.It is found that the calmoduiin contents and PAL activity in vitro stem of Anthurium were inhibited th diferent inhibitors of calmoduiin,RNA and protein,and the probable mechanisms of Ca2+ ,GA3were discussed.
