摘要:

从蔷薇属植物分子标记连锁图谱的构建、重要观赏和经济价值相关数量性状位点(Quantitative Trait Loci,QTL)定位(花、植株和抗性相关性状)等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并讨论研究中存在的问题及其发展前景。

关键词: 现代月季, 作图群体, 遗传图谱, QTL定位

Abstract:

In this paper,we reviewed the progress about the construction of molecular marker linkage map,important ornamental and economic value related traits locating(flowers,plants and resistance related traits)and other aspects research progress of Rosa,as well as discussing the problems and development prospects of modern rose QTLs locating.
