牡丹试管苗生根与移栽技术研究进展

摘要: 牡丹组织培养从1984 年报道至今,试管苗生根率低和小植株移栽成活率低的问题还没有得到很好的解决,还不能用于苗木生产和生物育种。根据植物组织培养程序综述了牡丹试管苗生根和移栽研究进展,分析影响试管苗生根的主要因素,阐述诱导生根的有效方法;分析小植株移栽成活的影响因素,总结提高移栽成活率的关键技术和方法,为组织培养技术用于牡丹科学研究、细胞与分子育种和种苗生产提供参考。

Abstract: In vitro culture techniques of tree peonies have yet been sued in micropropagation,somaclone and gene engineering breeding since first paper see in 1984. The challengings are still the low rate of shoot rooting and survive of plantlet transplanting and acclimatization. In this paper,review the two of five major stages in vitro culture of the tree peonies accordance with plant tissue culture practical. Focus on the impacts of shoot rooting in vitro and the survive factors in transplanting and acclimatization,reveal the effective ways and methods to increase rooting and transplanting efficiency. Discussed histological,physiological,biochemical and molecular aspects to resolve the problems in the tree peony tissue culture.
