Effects of Cytokinins on Shoot Organogenesis from Cotyledon of Pepper

摘要: 不同浓度的BA、ZT、KT 等细胞分裂素对辣椒子叶再生频率的影响进行了分析。结果表明, BA、ZT 的最佳浓度分别为4. 0 mg。L-1、3. 0 mg。L-1, 再生频率都达到了100%, 平均每个叶片分化芽数分别为9. 7、9. 4; BA 浓度为4. 0 mg。L-1时, 与其它各处理差异显著或极显著; KT 基本上不能诱导不定芽。

Abstract: Three cytokinins BA, ZT, and KT were tested individually in series of experiments to determine their role in inducing shoot bud formation. The result showed that BA 4. 0 mg。L-1 or ZT 3. 0 mg。L-1 was most favourable to shoot bud formation, KT was proved in effective in inducing shoot bud formation.
