摘要: 研究了牡丹‘赵粉’和芍药‘砚池漾波’切花花朵在不同时期的乙烯生成量、呼吸速率及脂肪酸含量的变化, 发现牡丹和芍药花朵的呼吸速率变化基本一致, 乙烯生成量呈现跃变型和末期上升趋势,并随着花朵的发育, 花瓣中不饱和脂肪酸指数逐渐下降。

Abstract: Studies of ethylene production and resp iration rate and fatty acid of peony and Chinese peony during the defferent development stage were conducted. The results showed that change trends of respiration rate of flowers were similar. The flower belongs to the ethylene jump ing and climacteric during later stage. Meanwhile, the index of unsaturated fatty acid ( IuFA) decreased with the development of flower.
