盆栽和地栽牡丹光合特性的比较

Comparison of Photosynthetic Characteristics between Potted and Field Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.

摘要: 以盆栽牡丹和地栽牡丹‘洛阳红’为试材,对其净光合速率(Pn)季节变化及春季大风铃期(花前)和叶片放大期 (花后)的光合特性进行了比较研究,探讨不同栽培方式对牡丹光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:叶片放大期,盆栽牡丹的光饱和点(LSP)和光补偿点(LCP)分别约为923和109 μmol﹒m-2﹒s-1,表观量子效率(AQY)为0.0173,地栽牡丹的LSP和LCP分别约为 1 089和45 μ mol﹒m-2﹒s-1,AQY 为0.0206。两个时期Pn日变化均呈单峰型曲线,峰值在10﹕00左右,且盆栽牡丹比地栽牡丹分别降低了32.8﹪和39.3﹪。盆栽牡丹和地栽牡丹Pn在春季4月分别达到最大值7.16和10.02 μmol﹒m-2﹒s-1,9月降至最低值。叶绿素含量也有不同程度的降低,大风铃期盆栽牡丹比地栽牡丹降低了15.6﹪,叶片放大期则降低了20.4﹪。盆栽牡丹较低的光合速率可能是其生长不良的主要原因之一。

Abstract: Variation of Photosynthetic characteristics of Dafengling stage (before blooming period) and leaf-expansion stage (after blooming period) of potted and field Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.cv. 'Luoyanghong' were comparatively studied with LI-6400 portable photosynthetic analysis system, the effects of different cultivated method on photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. was illustrated. The results were as follows: the light saturation point(LSP) and light compensation point(LCP) of leaves of potted peony were about 923 and 109 μmol﹒m-2﹒s-1 respectively, and the apparent quantum yield(AQY) was 0.0173 at Dafengling stage, while the LSP and LCP of leaves of field peony were about 1 089 and 45 μmol﹒m-2﹒s-1 respectively, and the AQY was 0.0206 in the same time. Diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate (Pn) in leaves of potted and field peony appeared "single-peak" curve in the two periods which occurring at about 10:00, and decreased by 32.8﹪ and 39.3﹪compared with those of field peony, respectively. Seasonal variation of Pn showed that potted and field peony had the highest Pn in April which were 7.16 and 10.02 μmol﹒m-2﹒s-1 respectively and the lowest Pn in September.The chlorophyll contents had 15.6﹪ decline in Dafengling stage and 20.4﹪ decline in leaf-expansion stage compared with the peony in field. Lower Pn in potted peony might be one of the main reasons leading to bad growth.
