摘要: ‘浮梁槠叶2号’是采用系统选育法从江西省景德镇市浮梁县‘浮梁槠叶种’茶树群体种中选育出的新品种。早生种,灌木,中叶类,芽叶呈黄绿色。春季发芽期比群体种早10 d以上,新梢持嫩性强,芽形笔直。制作浮梁茶等针形绿茶品质优异,香气高鲜、有花香,滋味甘醇、鲜爽。春季新梢一芽二叶品质化学成分含量分别为水浸出物48.5%、茶多酚19.5%、氨基酸4.3%、咖啡碱3.9%。投产后3年平均春季鲜叶产量为2 305.40 kg · hm-2。适宜在江西景德镇及气候相近区域内种植。

Abstract: ‘Fuliang Zhuye 2’is selected from the tea plant population of‘Fuliang Zhuye’in Fuliang County by systematic selection method. It has several characteristics as follows:shrub,medium leaf,early maturity and the color of the leaves is yellow-green. The spring germination period was more than 10 days earlier than that of the population species,and the new shoots had strong tenderness and straight bud type. ‘Fuliang Zhuye 2’is suitable for needle green tea such as Fuliang tea. The quality of needle green tea is excellent,the aroma is high and fresh aroma with floral fragrancea,and the taste is mellow and umani. The chemical component contents of the spring new shoots with one bud and two leaves were as follows: water extract 48.5%,tea polyphenols 19.5%,amino acids 4.3%,and caffeine 3.9%. The average spring fresh leaf yield in the three years after commissioning was 2 305.40 kg · hm-2. It is suitable for planting in Jingdezhen City,Jiangxi Province and other regions with similar climate.
