苹果新品种‘中苹早红4号’

A New Apple Cultivar‘Zhongping Zaohong 4’

摘要: ‘中苹早红4号’是从‘金冠’和‘华月’杂交后代中选育出的中熟苹果新品种。果形独特,长圆锥形,果形指数1.2,果实较小,平均单果质量98 g;果皮底色浅黄色,着红色条纹,盖色面积大,果面光滑;果肉浅黄色,质地松脆,汁液中,去皮硬度7.0 kg · cm-2;风味酸甜,可溶性固形物含量13.8%,可滴定酸含量0.26%。果实发育期约120 d,产量17 808 kg · hm-2,在辽西地区9月初成熟。适宜在环渤海湾生态区春季种植。

Abstract: ‘Zhongping Zaohong 4’is a new mid-ripening apple cultivar selected from the progenies of‘Golden Delicious’and‘Huayue’. The fruit is narrow conical with a fruit shape index of 1.2,small in size with an average weight of 98 grams per fruit. Yellow ground color with stripes red overcolor,good surface finish. The flesh is in light yellow color,loose,crispy,juicy,with a peel hardness of 7.0 kg · cm-2. The flavor is sweet-tart with a soluble solid substance of 13.8% and a total titratable acid content of 0.26%. The fruit development period is approximately 120 days. The yield is 17 808 kg · hm-2,and it matured in early September in the western Liaoning.
