茶树新品种‘竹山黑大叶’

摘要: ‘竹山黑大叶’是从竹山县群体种中采用单株选择选育而成的茶树新品种。灌木型中叶类特早生种,一芽一叶期在3月上中旬,较对照‘福鼎大白茶’早13.3 d。生长势强,发芽密度大,鲜叶产量8 583 kg · hm-2。春季一芽二叶的水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸和咖啡碱含量依次为41.5%、26.3%、4.5%和3.5%。适制绿茶,茶滋味醇厚、甘鲜,香气清高、花香显,品质优异。耐寒(旱)性强,抗茶炭疽病、茶小绿叶蝉,适宜在湖北及气候条件相似茶区种植推广。

Abstract: ‘Zhushan Heidaye’,a new Camellia sinensis cultivar,was selected and bred from the local varieties in Zhushan,Hubei Province using the single plant selection technique. It is a shrub type,medium leaf and extremely early sprouting cultivar,whose“one bud and one leaf”stage occurs in early to mid-March,approximately 13.3 days earlier than the control‘Fuding Dabaicha’. This cultivar exhibits vigorous growth and high bud density,the fresh leaf yield was up to 8 583 kg · hm-2. The content of water extract,tea polyphenol,amino acid and caffeine in one bud and two leaves picked in spring were 41.5%,26.3%,4.5% and 3.5%,respectively. It is suitable for processing excellent green tea,which exhibits excellent quality with a mellow,thick,sweet and fresh taste,as well as high floral aroma. It shows strong resistance to cold and drought,along with notable resistance to tea anthracnose disease and Empoasca onukii. This cultivar is suitable to be cultivated in Hubei Province and the region with similar climate condition.
