A New Ganoderma lucidum Cultivar‘Lizhi 131’

摘要: 灵芝‘丽芝131’是以菌丝活力强、生物学效率高的野生灵芝T1与三萜含量高、菌丝活力弱的‘龙芝1号’为亲本,将原生质体单核菌丝进行杂交选育而成的。从112对杂交组合中筛选出三萜含量高、菌丝活力强、生物学效率高的杂交菌株L31(131),其孢子粉产量高,每50 kg木材产孢子粉0.9 ~ 1.1 kg,多糖含量为2.43%,三萜含量为3.82%。适宜在浙江省栽培。

Abstract: ‘Lizhi 131’was developed from the hybridization of protoplast monokaryotic mycelium,using the wild Ganoderma lucidum strain‘T1’,which exhibits strong mycelial vitality and high biological efficiency as one parent,and’Longzhi 1’,known for its high triterpenoid content but weak mycelial vitality as the other parent. From 112 hybrid combinations,the hybrid strain L31(131)was screened out,which features high triterpenoid content,strong mycelial viability,and high biological efficiency. This cultivar has a high spore powder yield of 0.9-1.1 kg per 50 kg of wood,with a polysaccharide content of 2.43% and a triterpenoid content of 3.82%. It is suitable for cultivation in Zhejiang Province.
