摘要: 大杯蕈‘申蕈2号’由野生菌株经人工驯化和系统选育而成,菌丝生长速度快,最适生长温度为24 ~ 26 ℃;子实体为中小型,菌盖白色,质地脆,菌柄纤维化程度低,生长适温为23 ~ 28 ℃,覆土后易形成原基。适合长三角等地区林下及设施化栽培,产量可达200 g · 袋-1

Abstract: Pleurotus giganteus‘Shenxun 2’was artificially domesticated from a wild germplasm. It exhibits rapid mycelial growth,with an optimal growth temperature of 24-26 ℃. The fruiting bodies develop well at 23-28 ℃ and readily form primordia after casing. The mushrooms are small to medium in size,featuring white caps with a crisp texture and minimally fibrous stipes. This strain is suitable for understory and facility cultivation in regions such as the Yangtze River Delta,with a yield of up to 200 g per bag.
