摘要: ‘中农川杏1号’是以IUA-Pe20为亲本,采用多孢自交结合定向选育获得的杏鲍菇新品种。菌丝洁白,最适生长温度25 ℃,生长速度为0.48 cm · d-1。最适出菇温度16 ℃,栽培周期52 ~ 53 d。子实体丛生,中小型;菌盖浅灰色,不易开伞;菌褶向下延生,略窄;菌柄棒状,质地致密。产量高,平均鲜菇单产512.5 g · 袋-1;商品性好,粗蛋白、氨基酸含量高,适宜设施工厂化周年生产。

Abstract: ‘Zhongnong Chuanxing 1’,a new cultivar of edible Pleurotus eryngii originated from IUA-Pe20 strain as parental material,was by multi-spore self-fertilization and directional breeding. The mycelia exhibits a pure white coloration,with an optimal growth temperature of 25 ℃ and a average growth rate of 0.48 cm · d-1. The optimal temperature for mushroom production is 16 ℃,with a cultivation period of 52-53 d. The fruiting bodies are clustered with moderate and small size. The pileus displays a light gray coloration and demonstrates low susceptibility to cap expansion. The lamellae are decurrent and relatively narrow,while the stipe is clavate with dense flesh. This cultivar exhibits high productivity,with an average fresh mushroom yield of 512.5 g per bag. Additionally,it demonstrates superior commercial quality due to its high crude protein content and amino acids content. It is suitable for factory cultivation.
