A New Grifola frondosa Cultivar‘H15’

摘要: 灰树花‘H15’是以河北迁西主栽品种‘迁西3号’和野外采集资源pf-2为亲本,通过单孢杂交选育的深色大朵型新品种。菌丝体洁白浓密,生长适宜温度23 ~ 26 ℃;子实体呈紧凑莲花形,平均朵长45.0 cm,菌盖灰黑色,贝壳形,平均长度6.9 cm,出菇最适温度22 ~ 26 ℃。平均生物学效率为105.1%,产量高、商品性好、适应性强,适宜河北省及其他灰树花产区种植。

Abstract: ‘H15’is a new dark-colored,large-clustered cultivar developed through monosporic hybridization using‘Qianxi 3’(the main cultivated cultivar in Qianxi County,Hebei Province)and the wild-collected resource pf-2 as parental lines. The mycelium is dense and white,optimal growth at 23-26 ℃. The fruiting body forms a compact lotus-like shape,averaging 45.0 cm in cluster length. The pileus is gray-black,shell-shaped,and averages 6.9 cm in length. Fruiting occurs optimal at 22-26 ℃. The average biological efficiency is 105.1%,with high yield,excellent commercial quality,and strong adaptability. It is suitable for cultivation in Hebei Province and other production areas.
