Abstract: The‘Jiyaner 1’is a new cultivar domesticated from the wild Auricularia heimuer strain collected from Tianfozhishan Mountain，Longjing City，Jilin Province，undergoing systematic breeding for 7 years，mid-late maturing type. The fruiting bodies are solitary，brown，soft. The length of a single ear piece is 4.03–6.45 cm，the width is 2.69–4.63 cm，the thickness is 0.11–0.13 cm，and the dry-wet ratio is 1︰11. The yield of fresh fruit body is 91.12 kg per 100 kg dry basis，which was 5.8% higher than the local cultivar‘Hei 29’. It is suitable for cultivation in eastern mountainous area of Jilin Province.
