二倍体马铃薯分子连锁图谱的构建

摘要: 利用二倍体马铃薯亲本08675-21与09901-01及其125份杂交一代无性系进行AFLP分析, 按亲本来源构建与24条染色体对应的AFLP分子连锁图谱, 母本图谱含有75个标记, 覆盖基因组全长512cM, 平均图距为6.83 cM; 父本图谱含有95个标记, 覆盖基因组全长578 cM, 平均图距为6.08 cM。

关键词: 马铃薯, 分子连锁图谱, 限制片段长度多态性

Abstract: Based on amp lified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers, a molecular linkage map of potato was initially developed by using F1 segregating population from the cross between the diploid potato parents of 08675-21 and 09901-01. The genetic map included 24 main linkage group s, and the femalemaps covered 512 cM with an average distance of 6.83 cM between adjacentmarkerswhile the male2map s covered 578 cM with an average distance of 6.08 cM between adjacent markers.
