摘要: :对影响马铃薯花粉超低温保存效果的因素进行了研究。结果表明:冷冻前干燥处理18 h的花
粉.保存后其生活力优于干燥处理12 h和24 h的花粉;用0~C (12 h)一一10~C (12 h)一一20~C (12 h)
的逐步降温预冻处理,可大幅度提高在液氮中冰冻保存花粉的活力;保存后的花粉用一20~C (12 h)一4~C
(12 h)一25℃ (12 h)逐步解冻效果最好,35~4J0℃直接解冻效果优于(25±2)℃直接解冻;超低温保存对
花粉萌发表现出某些促进作用。

Abstract: Abstract:The factors of afecting the viability of potato (Solanum tuberosum ) pollen stored in liqiud
nitrogen(LN)were investigated in order to improve cuopmse~ation effect.The msuhs indicated that desiccation
duration of 18 h and pre.freezing treatment at varied tempomtum of 0cI二(12 h) 一10cI二(12 h) 一20cI二
(12 h)can greatly increase the viability of polen stored in LN before thrown into LN.111e method of step by step
defrozen of一20oC (12 h)一4oC (12 h)一25oC (12 h)is better than that of defrozing pollen directly in 35
— 4ocI二or in (25±2)℃ ;The cuopmse~ation enhances pollen germination of some varieties.
