摘要: 近年来,辣椒生产中黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)病危害日趋严重,本综述对黄瓜花叶病毒的基因组结构、株系类型、传播媒介、防治方法、辣椒中CMV抗源筛选、抗性基因定位和连锁分子标记开发等方面进行了总结,以期为今后辣椒CMV抗病育种和解析CMV抗性分子机制提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: In recent years,Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)has become more and more serious in pepper production. For this reason,we summarize the CMV genome structure,strains,vectors,control methods of CMV,CMV-resistant resource,CMV-resistant gene mapping and CMV-resistant linkage markers in pepper,which will accelerate CMV-resistant breeding of pepper and lay a foundation for analyses on the molecular mechanism of CMV-resistance.
