Abstract: A new ornamental and edible red-flowered strawberry cultivar，‘Zijinhong’was released from the cross between‘Benihoppe’as female parent and‘03-01’（derived from‘Pink Panda’and‘Shuoxiang’）as male parent. It had pink flower with overlapping petals. Its fruit was red，conical and uniform with average single primary fruit weight 18.5 g. It tasted sweet and the content of soluble solids was 8.0%–13.7%. The fruit firmness was much better with 1.95 kg ? cm-2. It showed moderately resistant to anthracnose and stronger ability of stolon. It was suitable for fresh food and ornamental.
