Abstract: ‘Guiyulong 13’is a new pitaya cultivar which selected from hybrid progeny of‘Guihonglong 1'בZishuijing'. The fruit is nearly spherical in shape，with an orange-red peel and white flesh. It is sweet，juicy，and no grassy smell. The average fruit weight is 309.75 g and an edible rate of 70.77%. The average total soluble solids content of the whole fruit is 14.5%. There are 8–10 batches of fruit per year，with an annual yield of 20 000 kg · hm^-2. It is suitable for cultivation in tropical and subtropical regions，including Guangxi，Guangdong，Yunnan，Fujian，Hainan，and Taiwan，China.
