A New Cultivar of Low-Temperature Resistant Chinese Cabbage‘Zhuochunbai 1’

Abstract: ‘Zhuochunbai 1’is a new cultivar of Chinese cabbage developed by crossbreeding the female parent RyC2-3 with the male parent ZC-19. The plant is upright and compact,with dark green outer leaves,wrinkled leaf surfaces,and green white petioles;Leaf ball straight tube hugging type,with green and yellow leaves,a ball height of 36.54 cm,a ball width of 12.14 cm,and a single ball weight of 1.43–1.70 kg. The field performance is good,with a yield of 100 tons per hectare. Low temperature resistance,delayed bolting time of more than 10 days. Good field performance,suitable for spring,autumn,and winter planting of Chinese cabbage in areas such as Guizhou,Sichuan,Yunnan,and Chongqing.
