Abstract: ‘Liyun 1’is a new cultivar selected from wild Rubus chingii resourceswas by using single special plant propagation system in Zhejiang Province. This cultivar has obvious characteristics without thorns and own high and stable yield. The fruit ripens in early May in Lishui. The fruit is red and nearly spherical cylindrical，the average weight of single fruit is 6.80 g. The total sugar content is 9.09%，the soluble solids content is 15.62%，the titratable acid content is 1.53%，the vitamin C content is 473.90 mg · kg^-1 and the solid acid ratio is 10.21. The yield of fruit is 8 000 kg·· hm^-2 in three-year-old trees. It can be planted in raspberry-growing regions in Zhejiang Province.
