Abstract: ‘Shuangrui Feixia’is a new flowering cherry cultivar selected from the seedlings of Prunus campanulata. The flowers blossom before the leaves spreading. It blooms once a year. The inflorescence type is umbel. There are 3–5 flowers per inflorescence. The length of inflorescence peduncle is 0.5–0.7 cm. The flower pedicel is 1.5–2.0 cm long. The flower diameter is 3.5–4.0 cm. The shape of calyx tube is bell-shaped. The color of calyx tube is reddish green. The calyx tube is medium length. The sepals are reflexed. The flower type is single petal. The number of petals of one flower is 5. The color of petals is pinkish red. The shape of petal is ovoid. The shape of petal base is circular. The apex of petal is two-lobed. There is no fold in the petal. The veins of petal are obvious. The petals are of medium size. The petals are of medium thickness. The flowering direction is lateral. There is no flag petal. Petals are relatively distant from each other. When in full bloom，the shape of corolla is shallow cup shape. The pistil is long and higher than the stamens；the number of pistils is 2. There is no foliated pistil. The stamens are long，the number of stamens is moderate，and the filaments are white. The blooming date is from February to March in Fuzhou City. It can be cultivated in Central China，South China，and Fujian Province.
