Abstract: ‘Cuijia 76’is a new mid-early maturing watermelon cultivar crossed by inbred line‘JZ46’（female parent）and‘D103’（male parent）. The fruit is nearly round，with a green rind covered in wax powder dark green stripes. The rind thickness is 1.37 cm，and the flesh is red，crispy，and sweet，with few seeds. The average soluble solids content at the center is 12.97%，and at the periphery is 7.99%. Resistant to wilt disease and has strong resistance to low temperature and weak light. The average fruit weight is 5.71 kg，it as a medium-sized watermelon. The fruit development period is 27 days，and the total growth period is 89 days. Rate of marketable fruits is 95.00%. The marketable yield is 43 958.3–44 828.4 kg · hm^-2. It is suitable for protected and open field cultivation in Jiangxi，Hubei，Hunan，Guizhou，Zhejiang，Jiangsu，Yunnan，and Anhui provinces in spring and autumn.
