Abstract: ‘Yunyu 1’ is a new cultuvar of Amprophopphallus konjac K. Koch . It takes 185-120 days from emergence to maturity ，average yield is 37 500 kg · hm-2. The dry matter content is17.5%-20.3% （gulucomannans 61.8% ）. Disease resisitance （tolerance ）is superior to Fuyuan Hua Moyu （control）， and the incidence of Konjaku's soft rot disease and white rot disease is lower than the control.
