Abstract: ‘Yunyu 1’ is a new cultuvar of Amprophopphallus konjac K. Koch . It takes 185-120 days from emergence to maturity ,average yield is 37 500 kg · hm-2. The dry matter content is17.5%-20.3% (gulucomannans 61.8% ). Disease resisitance (tolerance )is superior to Fuyuan Hua Moyu (control), and the incidence of Konjaku's soft rot disease and white rot disease is lower than the control.
