Abstract: Surviving rate of transplanting of micropropagation plants of Phlox paniculata is improved from the initiae 68.18% to 100% by spraying 20 μmol·mol- 1 exogenetic GA3 during winter time, while the net photosynthetic rates and chloroplast pigments contents are not influenced by exogenetic GA3 at different concentiation gradients. The height of plants and length of functional leaves are increased significantly by spraying different concentiation exogenetic GA3, and it results in total biomass increment.
