Observation Oil A Hermaphrodite Tetraploid Germplasm of V/t/s amurens/sRupr.

Abstract: The 2413 was an open pollination hybrid progeny germplasm that derived from branch variance in
diploid euhivars 75—2—200,which were found from the hybridization between diploid euhivars‘1'ong}nla 3’and
‘Shuangqing’. Morphologie and histology characteristics of the 24 13 gennplasm an d cytology identification of the
root apex were studied in comparison with that of diploid gennplasm 75—2—200.Results showed that 24 13 germplasm
had larger and thicker leaf, stronger petiole and branch, larger stomata size, smaller stoma ta density, L~,'ger
pollen size,lower percentage of polen and chrolnosome number Was tetrapolid (2n:4x=76).It is,therefore,
tetraploid.
