Abstract: Rosa rugosa, R. chinensis and R. davurica are belonged to Rosa genus , 15 cultivars were amplified by 16 primers , which produced 202 bands and 123 polymorphism bands. And the genetic tree was constructed by the ways of UPGMA method. It confirmed that R. rugosa and R. chinensis belonged to the one cluster group and R. davurica belonged to another by the dissimilarity of 0. 5. Moreover , dissimilarity of 0. 65 could resulted in 4 R. davurica to be divided into 4 cluster groups , respectively. While 5 R. chinensis belonged to one group. Mean while , 5 R. rugosa were belonged to one group , and 1 R. rugosa was one independent group. Therefore , the genetic relationship was close between R. chinensis and R. rugosa , and they were distant to R. davurica in genetic relationship.
