Abstract: ‘Gantong 2’is a new cultivar bred from seedlings of Cinnamomum camphora. The leaves are folding inward，with orange-red new leaves and light green or green when mature in spring. The young leaves are light yellow in summer and turn light green and green when mature. Spring new branches are pink with sparse white spots. In summer，there are yellow，red spots and purple basal rings in the young branches. In late October，the branches turn bright red after being semi-lignification.
