中国扁桃亚属植物亲缘关系及其演化途径研究

摘要: 对中国分布的扁桃亚属7个种的植物学性状、核ITS序列以及叶绿体psbA-trnH序列进行了比对分析,以期了解其亲缘关系及演化途径。结果表明,扁桃和矮扁桃,长柄扁桃和榆叶梅,西康扁桃和蒙古扁桃的亲缘关系分别相近。结合其起源及地理分布初步推测:矮扁桃为原始种;3条进化路径分别为:(1)由矮扁桃进化为扁桃,(2)由矮扁桃先进化为西康扁桃再至蒙古扁桃,(3)由矮扁桃先进化为榆叶梅再至长柄扁桃。

Abstract: The genetic relationship and evolutionary path of subgenus Amygdalus in China,the botanical characters,internal transcribed spacer(ITS)of the nuclear ribosomal DNA and psbA-trnH of the chloroplast DNA were analyzed. Results indicated that the genetic relationships of A. communis and A. nanaA. pedunculata and A. trilobaA. mongolica and A. tangutica were close respectively. According to the origin of almond and their geographic distribution,it is inferred that the evolution sequences of subgenus Amygdalus in China are as follows:The original species A. nana evolved to A. communisA. triloba and A. tangutica,then A. triloba and A. tangutica evolved to A. pedunculata and A. mongolica respectively.
