百合疫病病原鉴定及其PCR检测

摘要: 对从百合疫病病株上分离得到的病原菌进行了形态特征观察、致病性测定及核糖体DNA-ITS序列分析。结果表明,该菌为疫霉属真菌,与GenBank中烟草疫霉ITS序列的同源性为98% ~ 99%。结合病原菌PCR检测结果,进一步证实其为烟草疫霉菌(Phytophthora nicotianae)。这是烟草疫霉菌侵染云南切花百合的首次报道。

Abstract: The pathogen causing lily Phytophthora blight was isolated from diseased plants with typical symptoms on basal stems. The fungi was identified as Phytophthora nicotianae according to morphological characteristics,pathogenicity and the sequence of ribosomal DNA-ITS. The sequence of ribosomal DNA-ITS of isolate P1 was showed a sequence identity of 98%–99% with Phytophthora nicotianae published in GenBank. PCR detection using P. nicotianae–specific primers indicated that the pathogen was P. nicotianae. This is the first report of Phytophthora blight of lily in Yunnan.
