摘要: 利用RAPD标记,对形态特征相似的42个宫粉型梅花品种的基因组DNA进行随机引物PCR
扩增。从120个引物中筛选出21个引物,共扩增出96条谱带,其中多态性谱带68条,占扩增谱带数的
70.8% ,品种问相似系数范围为0.737~0.961。在21个引物中,7个引物扩增的谱带可区分27个品种,7
个引物相互组合可区分其余的l5个品种。梅花品种RAPD指纹图谱的建立可以为品种知识产权保护提供依
据。

Abstract: The genomic DNA was used as template and random primers were used to develop fingerprint—
ing of 42 cuhivars of Pink Double Form of Pr“n aurae Sieb. et Zucc. by PCR. Of the 120 primers
screened.21 primers can generate 96 fragments,70.8% of which were polymorphic ones.The similarity c0efficient
of cultivars was between 0.737—0.96 1.The 42 cuhivars can be identified and discriminated eficiently
with seven primers. The establishment of RAPD fingerprinting is applicable in cuhivar identification and
breeder's rights protection of Pr“m aurae.
