A New Amorphophallus muelleri Cultivar‘Muyu 2’

摘要: ‘沐芋2号’是利用弥勒魔芋(Amorphophallus muelleri)种群内的自然变异,采用系统选育法获得的新品种。植株“T”型,平均生育期210 d。叶面着生气生球茎,平均每株8个;地下球茎扁球形,芋肉色金黄色,产量50 242 kg · hm-2。球茎干物质含量为14.94%,葡甘露聚糖为57.57%。生长期间无白绢病发生,软腐病发病率2.13%。适宜在四川以南的浅丘区海拔600 m以下区域种植。

Abstract: ‘Muyu 2’is a new cultivar obtained by systematic breeding using natural variation within the population of Amorphophallus muelleri. The plant is T-shaped,with an average fertility period of 210 days. Aerial corm were born with an average of 8 per plant. The underground bulb is oblate,and the flesh of the taro is golden yellow,the average yield was 50 242 kg · hm-2. The average dry matter content of the bulb was 14.94%,and the average glucomannan content was 57.57%. There was no southern blight disease during the growth period,and the morbidity of bacterial soft rot was 2.13%,which is suitable for planting in the shallow hilly area south of Sichuan with an altitude of less than 600 m.
