摘要: ‘津优325号’是以利用分子标记辅助育种技术获得的抗黑星病自交系B180-1-1SR为母本,以X-5为父本杂交选育出的抗黑星病温室黄瓜新品种。植株长势较强,叶片中等大小,主蔓结瓜为主,单性结实能力强。瓜条生长速度快,棒状,顺直,腰瓜长35 cm左右,单瓜质量260 g左右;瓜色绿,质脆味甜,果肉淡绿色,品质好。耐低温弱光能力强,同时具有良好的耐热性能。高抗黄瓜黑星病,抗枯萎病、棒孢叶斑病,中抗黄瓜霜霉病和白粉病。丰产,不早衰,长周期栽培产量可达300 t · hm-2以上,适宜日光温室越冬茬及早春茬栽培,有些地区春大棚、秋延后温室亦可种植。

Abstract: ‘Jinyou 325’is a new cucumber cultivar with resistance to scab in greenhouse bred by crossing inbred line B180-1-1SR obtained by molecular marker-assisted breeding technology as female parent and X-5 as male parent. The plant has strong growth vigor,leaves are medium in size,and the main vine bears fruit,and parthenocarpy ability is strong. The growth speed of the fruit is fast,the fruit strips are rod-shaped and straight,the length of waist fruit is about 35 cm,and the single fruit weight is about 260 g. The fruit peel is green,the fruit pulp is crisp and sweet,with light green in color and good quality. It has strong tolerant to low temperature,weak light and good tolerant to heat. High resistance to cucumber scab,Fusarium wilt,Corynespora leaf spot,moderate resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew. The yield are over 300 000 kg · hm-2. It is suitable for over wintering and early spring cultivation in sunlight greenhouse,and can also be planted in spring greenhouse and late autumn greenhouse in some areas.
