A New Pocessing Pepper Cultivar‘Eganjiao 105’

摘要: ‘鄂干椒105’是以YJ104-M-2为母本,CP027-M-1为父本配制的加工型小羊角椒一代杂种。果实羊角形,青熟果绿色,成熟果红色,果面光滑,二心室,果纵径14.7 cm左右,横径1.2 cm左右,单果8.9 g左右。辣椒素含量2.53 mg · g-1,维生素C含量1 160 mg · kg-1,制干脱水快、香辣味足。中抗TMV、疫病,较耐低温。中熟,植株生长势强,连续坐果能力强,鲜椒产量33 210 kg · hm-2以上。适于在湖北及周边鲜食红辣椒或加工干椒产区栽培,尤其适合高山露地越夏及平原秋延后种植。

Abstract: ‘Eganjiao 105’is a new hybrid pepper cultivar with YJ104-M-2 as female parent and CP027-M-1 as male parent. The fruit is thin horn-shaped,green,smooth,and two ventricles,with a length of 14.7 cm,a transverse diameter of 1.2 cm and a single fruit weight of about 8.9 g. The content of capsaicin was 2.53 mg · g-1 and vitamin C was 1 160 mg · kg-1,moderately resistant to TMV and phytophthora,and relatively resistant to low temperature. It is easy dehydrated and extra spicy. The yield is more than 33 210 kg · hm-2. It is suitable for cultivation in Hubei Province or surrounding as fresh red pepper or processed dried pepper,especially cultivation in open field of alpine areas over the summer or autumn planting in protected areas in plain areas.
