摘要: 不结球白菜‘中赏青2号’是利用矮脚黄自交系AJ-1-3-2为母本,以自交系AL-3-7-2为父本杂交选育而成。植株较矮且紧实,株高15.4 cm,单株质量347.4 g;叶片近圆形,黄绿色;叶柄白色,宽且扁平;口感软糯,风味好。可溶性糖含量为0.51%,蛋白质22 g · kg-1,维生素C 526 mg · kg-1,氨基酸总量13.7 g · kg-1;平均产量可达50 137.5 kg · hm-2。适宜成都平原及周边丘陵地区秋季和春季设施和露地栽培。

Abstract: The new non-heading Chinese cabbage cultivar‘Zhongshangqing 2’was developed through hybridization using the dwarf yellow type AJ-1-3-2 as the female parent and AL-3-7-2 as the male parent. The plant height is 15.4 cm and individual plant weight is 347.4 g,featuring compact plants with relatively short stature. Its leaves are nearly round and yellow-green in color,while the petioles are white,wide,and flat. The texture is soft and glutinous with excellent flavor. The nutritional composition includes a soluble sugar content of 0.51%,protein content of 22 g · kg-1,vitamin C content of 526 mg · kg-1,and total amino acid content of 13.7 g · kg-1,with an average yield of 50 137.5 kg · hm-2. It is suitable for both protected and open-field cultivation during autumn and spring in the Chengdu Plain and surrounding hilly regions.
