摘要: ‘威宁红’是从贵州省毕节市威宁县人工种植的实生花椒群体中通过优树选择并进行采种扩繁,开展生物学特征特性和生产性状观察,测定分析果品品质后选育出的新品种。果实球形,色泽鲜红油亮,密生油点,香味浓郁;麻味足,山椒素含量63.47 mg · g-1;平均果实千粒质量76.38 g。盛产期平均单株产量12.23 kg;有较强的抗寒、抗旱能力。适宜在海拔1 800 ~ 2 200 m,年日照时数 ≥ 1 400 h,年降雨800 ~ 1 200 mm的花椒适生区栽植。

Abstract: ‘Weininghong 1’is a new cultivar of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,originating from the artificially cultivated seedlings in Weining County,Bijie City,Guizhou Province. It was carefully selected and expanded based on the observation of biological characteristics,production traits,and fruit quality. It was developed through the selection of superior trees,seed collection for propagation,and observation of biological and production traits,followed by fruit quality analysis. Its fruit is spherical,with a vibrant red sheen,densely dotted with oil spots,and a strong flavor. It has a very strong numb taste with a capsaicinoid content of 63.47 mg · g-1. The average weight of a thousand seeds is 76.38 g. In its peak production season,the average yield per plant reaches 12.23 kg. It exhibits strong resistance to cold and drought. This cultivar is optimally cultivated in regions with an altitude of 1 800 m to 2 200 m,which receive no less than 1 400 h of annual sunshine and 800 mm to 1 200 mm of annual precipitation.
