A New Tuber Mustard Cultivar‘Yuji 6’Suitable for Machine Harvesting

摘要: ‘渝机6号’是以茎瘤芥自交系‘半碎叶’为母本,山东大白菜为父本,通过远缘杂交、回交并定向选育的宜机收茎瘤芥新品种。株形紧凑直立,瘤茎近圆球形,皮色浅绿,无蜡粉,极晚熟,根茎节长3.41 cm,产量49 926.23 kg · hm-2。适宜机械化采收,适宜在重庆市海拔600 m以下榨菜原料主产区推广。

Abstract: ‘Yuji 6’is a novel cultivar of stem tuber mustard developed through distant hybridization and successive backcrossing,utilizing the stem tuber mustard inbred line‘Bansuiye’as the female parent and Chinese cabbage from Shandong as the male parent. This cultivar features a compact and upright plant architecture with a nearly spherical tuberous stem,light green skin,waxless surface,and extremely late-maturing traits. The internode length is 3.41 cm and the yield is approximately 49 926.23 kg · hm-2. Highly adapted for mechanical harvesting,‘Yuji 6’is recommended for promotion in the main raw material production areas for pickled mustard tuber below 600 m elevation in Chongqing Municipality.
