摘要: 运用BSA法构建石刁柏雌雄基因池, 用64种AFLP引物组合共检测到4个多态性位点, 单株
验证结果表明, 引物组合E-ACG/M-CTT产生的多态性片段(命名为E-ACG/M-CTT2156) 与M 基因连锁,
片段大小为156 bp; 连锁遗传距离为8.33 cM。

Abstract: In p resent study, the male and female bulk were set up by means of BSA, and AFLP was
used to study the sex difference on Asparagus officinalis L. , 4 polymorphic segments were detected with 64
AFLP selective p rimer pairs. The result of individual amp lification showed that the specific 156 bp fragment
from p rimer combination ( E-ACG, M-CTT) , named E2ACG/M2CTT2156, was linked withM gene at a link
age genetic distance of 8.33 cM.
