沙棘叶片表面形态特征与抗旱性的关系

摘要: 观察比较了抗旱性不同的4个沙棘品种的叶片大小、叶片表皮毛和气孔的形态特征。结果表明, 抗旱性强的中国沙棘叶片小, 表皮毛层数多, 气孔小, 气孔密度大; 抗旱性差的俄罗斯大果沙棘叶片大, 叶表皮毛层数少, 气孔大, 气孔密度小; 两个杂交品种介于两者之间, 更趋近于母本。说明叶片大小、叶表皮毛层数和气孔大小、气孔密度等指标与沙棘抗旱性密切相关。

Abstract: In this paper we compared the leaf areas, morphology of leaf epidermic hairs and stomata in four varieties of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L. ). The result showed that sea buckthorn from China had a relatively smaller leaf area, more layers of ep idermic hairs and a larger stomata density than sea buckthorn from Russia. All the characteristics of their two hybrids were between the ones of the two parents, but closer to the mother plant. The results indicated that leaf area, layers of epidermic hairs, stomata area and
density were correlated with drought resistance in the species of H. rham noides L.
