Research Advance of Glucosinolates from Crucifer

摘要: 硫代葡萄糖苷是一类重要的生物活性物质, 十字花科植物是硫代葡萄糖苷的主要来源。至今已分离得到120多种硫代葡萄糖苷, 它们在抗癌、植物防御和风味形成等方面有重要作用。就植物硫代葡萄糖苷的分布、生化特性、酶促水解产物的形成和生理活性等研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Glucosinolate is a group of important bioactive compounds found mainly in the cruciferous family. About 120 natural glucosinolates have been isolated, and they are known to have various functions and bioactivities such as anticarcignogen, plant defense, and flavour2forming. The distribution and biochemical property, glucosinolate breakdown products, and their biological effects are reviewed in this paper.
