摘要: 通过农杆菌介导和基因枪法, 首次将AGPS1反义基因导入魔芋基因组, 并对获得的转基因植株进行了PCR和PCR-Southern检测。

Abstract: AGPS1 antisense gene was transformed into Amorphophallus genome for the first time via Agrobacterium mediated and gene-gun method. The transgenic plants were detected by PCR and PCR-Southern.
