华北酿酒葡萄气候区划指标的筛选与气候分区

Study on Climatic Zoning for Wine-grape Growing in Huabei Regions

摘要: 根据对华北地区96 个气象台站连续30 年气候资料的分析, 对华北的气候特点和葡萄适栽气候范围进行评估。对多种葡萄气候区划指标比较研究的结果表明: 生长期≥10 ℃的活动积温, 是华北地区酿酒葡萄气候区划的最适热量指标(一级指标) , 8~9 月水热系数(K值) 是适宜的二级指标。对分区标准进行适当调整后, 将包括河北、山西、内蒙古、北京、天津5 省(区) 、市在内的整个华北地区按一级指标划分为4 个气候区: 冷凉区、凉温区、中温区、暖温区。每一气候区又分别按K值分为极干燥亚区、干燥亚区、湿润亚区。对各气候区的葡萄和葡萄酒生产方向和适栽品种提出建议。

Abstract: Based on analysis of the climate data of selected 96 meteorological stations in past 30 years , the climatic regions suitable for wine2grape growing in Huabei Regions were studied. The results of Comparison among different indices for climatic zoning showed that the sum of active temperature
above 10 ℃during growing season ( ΣTa) proved to be a proper major index , and the hydrothermal coefficient from August to September (K value) - proved to be a proper secondary index of climatic zoning for viticulture in Huabei regions , China. Using these indices with modified criterion , whole
Huabei Regions including Hebei , Shanxi , Inner Mongolia , Beijing and Tianjin were divided into four climatic regions : Very cool region , Cool region , Moderately warm region , and Warm region. Each region was divided into three sub2regions according to the K value : very dry sub2region , dry subre2
gion , and wet sub2region. The status and potentials of wine2grape growing and winemaking for each climatic region was evaluated. The development orientation of wine viticulture and proper grape varieties for each region were suggested.
