A New Luffa Cultivar‘Rongzhen 4’on Balsam Pear Rootstock

摘要: 作为苦瓜砧木专用丝瓜新品种,‘蓉砧4号’是以高抗枯萎病自交系24-1为母本,高抗枯萎病自交系61-3为父本杂交而成。与苦瓜嫁接亲和性好,嫁接苗产量显著增加,病情指数低、发病率低。以‘早亮’为接穗时,嫁接苗早期产量23 778 kg · hm-2,总产量83 613 kg · hm-2,分别比对照‘蓉砧1号’增产13.4%和11.3%。该品种已示范推广200 hm2,为苦瓜安全生产提供了新选择。

Abstract: ‘Rongzhen 4’is a new Luffa cultivar for balsam pear rootstock. It is made by crossing 24-1 as female parent and 61-3 as male parent. Its parents are highly resistant to Fusarium wilt. It has good grafting compatibility with balsam pear. The grafted seedlings have significantly increased yields,low disease index and incidence. Field trials using‘Zaoliang’as scion showed early yield of 23 778 kg · hm-2 and total yield of 83 613 kg · hm-2,representing 13.4% and 11.3% increases over‘Rongzhen No. 1’,respectively. This new rootstock has been demonstrated on 200 hm2,providing a promising solution for sustainable balsam pear production.
