A New Polygonatum cyrtonema Cultivar‘Wan Huangjing 5’

摘要: ‘皖黄精5号’是以系统选育方式从野生多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua)群体中选出的高产、优质、高抗新品种,林下种植生长周期185 d左右。植株茎秆直立或略弯曲,平均直径1.2 cm,平均株高145.0 cm。叶片椭圆形,长宽比约2.2 ~ 2.3,绿色,草质。根状茎念珠状,黄色,5年生(林下栽培)平均单株鲜品质量398.0 g,药材产量53.09 t · hm-2,黄精总多糖含量15.60%,黄精总皂苷0.820 μg · g-1。抗植株地上部分病害。在多花黄精自然分布区内均可种植。

Abstract: ‘Wan Huangjing 5’was selected from the Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua by mass selection. The cultivar is productive,high-quality,and high-resistance with about 185-day growing cycle of understory planting. The stem is erect or slightly curved,cylindrical. The average diameter and height of the plant were 1.2 cm and 145.0 cm,respectively. The leaves are long elliptical,green,grassy,which aspect ratio is approximately 2.2-2.3. The rhizome is bead shaped and yellow. The average weight of five-year-old fresh rhizome is 398.0 g. Medicinal herb yield is 53 090 kg · hm-2. The content of polysaccharide is 15.60%,and the content of total saponin is 0.820 μg · g-1. It is resistant to aboveground diseases. It can be planted within the natural distribution area of the P. cyrtonem.
