A New Polygonatum kingianm Cultivar‘Shujing 1’

摘要: ‘蜀精1号’是从黄精栽培群体中经系统选育而来的优质、高产新品种,基原为百合科植物滇黄精(Polygonatum kingianm),年生长期365 d,平均株高124.12 cm,茎秆绿色,叶片轮生或互生,深绿,长窄,披针形,先端渐尖呈弯钩。移栽4年根茎干品平均产量为25 240.2 kg · hm-2,性状、鉴别、检查、浸出物和含量测定等各项品质指标,均符合《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)黄精标准,其中浸出物含量68.7%,黄精多糖含量14.8%。适宜在秦巴山区海拔500 ~ 1 000 m的区域种植。

Abstract: ‘Shujing 1’is a high-quality and high-yield new cultivar developed through systematic selection from the cultivated population of Polygonatum kingianum. The annual growth period is 365 days. The average height is 124.12 cm,with green stems. And the leaves are whorled or alternate,dark green,long and narrow,lanceolate,with gradually pointed and hooked tips. The average dry yield of rhizomes after four years of transplantation is 25 240.2 kg · hm-2. All quality indicators meet the standards of Polygonati rhizoma in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,such as the properties,identification,inspection,extractum and content. Among them,the extractum of Polygonati rhizoma is 68.7%,and the polysaccharide content is 14.8%. It is suitable for cultivation in the Qinling-bashan Mountains at an altitude of 500-1 000 m.
