The Recent Advances of Transient Expression System in Horticultural Plants

  1. Transient expression technology is a rapid and efficient technology of large-scale function analysis,with extensive application. The paper reviewed the principles of transient expression system,influencing factors,and applications in horticultural plants. Meanwhile it also proposed some deficiencies which still existed in this system,and put forward some recommendations and future applications in horticultural plants.

摘要: 基因瞬时表达技术是近年来发展形成的一种快速高效的基因功能分析方法,应用广泛。本文综述了基因瞬时表达技术的原理、影响因素及其在园艺植物上的应用,指出该技术在当前应用中存在的不足并提出建议及展望。

关键词: 园艺植物, 瞬时表达, 农杆菌介导法, 病毒诱导基因沉默

Abstract: Transient expression technology is a rapid and efficient technology of large-scale function analysis,with extensive application. The paper reviewed the principles of transient expression system,influencing factors,and applications in horticultural plants. Meanwhile it also proposed some deficiencies which still existed in this system,and put forward some recommendations and future applications in horticultural plants.
