Research Progress on Endogenous Banana Streak Virus

Abstract:

This review summarized the related research on the endogenous banana streak virus(eBSV)and briefly described the reactivation mechanism of homologous recombination,regulation mechanism mainly through epigenetic mechanism and genetic mechanism,and biological significance of eBSV. The research on eBSV was prospected,which would provide a reference for the study of co-evolution and interaction of banana and banana streak virus.
