苹果铁高效相关性状与黄化指数相关性的研究

Fe-efficient Traits and Their Relationships to Chlorisis Index in Genus Malus

摘要: 用组织培养方法,对缺铁胁迫下苹果属中铁高效植物小金海棠和铁低效植物山定子及其有性
杂交后代F1 的部分生理和形态指标变化的研究结果表明,黄化指数与叶绿素含量变化(叶绿素含量占对照的比率)及发根数变化(发根数占对照的比率)间呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.8218和-0.8775;与培养基pH值变化(pH值占对照的比率)的相关系数为-0.2924,未达到显著水平,表明缺铁处理后黄化指数越高的株系叶绿素含量下降幅度越大,发根数上升的幅度越小。

Abstract: Relationship between a part of correlative traits and chlorisis index under Fe-eficiency stress were studied with Fe-efficient Malus xiaojinensisM.baccata and an interspecific F1 hybrids of xiaojinensis×baccata.The results showed that the correlation coemcients(r)among the chlorophyll concentrations,number of roots,pH value as percentage of control with chlorisis index were -0.8218, -0.8775,-0.2924 respectively.These indicates that the higher the chlorisis index of lines in the hybrids,thus,the more obviously the chlorophyll concentrations decreased,the less the no. of roots increased,the higher the pH value decreased.
