A New Cyathula officinalis Cultivar‘Baoxi 2’

摘要: ‘宝膝2号’是以系统选育方式从半野生川牛膝(Cyathula officinalis Kuan.)群体中选出的产种量高、萌发率高、种子繁育特性好、耐寒性强的川牛膝新品种。株高70 ~ 185 cm;叶片窄椭圆形;顶端花序呈穗状排列,淡绿色,干时近白色;根呈近圆柱形,微扭曲;种子椭圆形,透镜状,红褐色,光亮。种子发芽率高达92.67%,发芽势75.33%。平均每公顷产干品42.29 kg。药材中杯苋甾酮含量 0.070%。适宜在海拔1 500 ~ 2 500 m的四川盆地及丘陵地区山地山坡阳处种植。

Abstract: ‘Baoxi 2’is a new cultivar of Cyathula officinalis Kuan. developed through systematic selection from a semi-wild population. It is characterized by high seed yield,strong germination ability,excellent reproductive traits,and enhanced cold tolerance. Plants reach 70-185 cm in height. Leaves are narrowly elliptic. Terminal inflorescences are arranged in spikes,light green in color and turning nearly white when dry. Roots are nearly cylindrical and slightly twisted. Seeds are elliptic,lenticular,reddish-brown,and glossy. The seed germination rate reaches 92.67%,with a germination vigor of 75.33%. The average dry yield is 42.29 kg · hm-2. The cyasterone content in the medicinal material is 0.070%. This cultivar is suitable for cultivation on sunny slopes in mountainous and hilly areas of the Sichuan Basin at altitudes ranging from 1 500 m to 2 500 m.
